As Senior Manager Workday Finance, you will be the project leader of a multidisciplinary team and/or you will make a substantial contribution out of the IT strategy and Finance expertise to complex (transformation) assignments;

1. You help customers get added value from implementation of various Workday solutions: by formulating a smart strategy, optimizing the solution and fitting it into their organization and processes;
2. You supervise (large-scale) Workday Finance transformations in complex environments for mostly internationally operating companies;
3. You anticipate stakeholder needs, and develop and discuss potential solutions, even before the stakeholder realizes they are required;
4. You navigate the complexities of cross-border and/or diverse teams and engagements;
5. You build trust, initiate and lead open conversations with teams, clients and stakeholders;
6. You demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to work across different locations and environments as per the project or program demands;
7. You supervise your junior colleagues and act as a coach and spar with them regarding activities, ideas and proposals;
8. You have an active contribution to business development, win new assignments and initiate thought leadership through publications and presentations during conferences.

Does this describe you?

1. You have a master’s degree;
2. Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills in English (Dutch language skills are considered a pre);
3. Excellent interpersonal skills, confident in building lasting business relationships;
4. At least 8 to 10 years of working experience within the Workday Finance Transformation field;
5. Experienced in digital transformations;
6. Experienced with analyzing, redesigning and implementing finance processes in an organization based on best practices and Workday Cloud functionality;
7. You have proven project management experience and can lead a team during client assignments.
