Role You will work closely with case controllers and the IT Account Manager to coordinate and deliver IT services for a specific client account. You will also be responsible for maintaining an overall understanding of the systems you manage and ensuring your functional area operates smoothly within the wider integrated setup

Responsibilities In addition to the tasks common to all STRADA employees, the specific tasks for this position are:

1. Performs the analysis of current client business processes, using the functional knowledge of SAP & euHReka platforms, as well as the laws of different countries to optimize the service
2. Has Knowledge of one or several modules of SAP HR, including schema knowledge (payroll, time), pre-payroll process, payroll, post-payroll, portal, etc
3. Performs the analysis of current customer business processes
4. Performs taking of detailed requirements about the customer’s business processes
5. Makes estimates of time and resources required
6. Proposes on the appropriate methodology for developing the conceptual design at both the processes as the prototype of the system.
7. Plans the configuration and define the business processes in terms of the taking of requirements
8. Performs conceptual design at both the processes as the prototype of the system
9. Presents the integrated prototype to the customer
10. Monitors adaptation and parametrization of the solution to the taking of requirements
11. Resolves complex problems related to the functional environment of the application
12. Monitors integrated testing
13. Supports the client on the functioning of the application
14. Completes presented solution with new identified needs in the taking of requirements
15. Provides training on those areas in which he/she is specialized for experience and knowledge
16. Plans and optimizes human resources and materials needed for project development
17. Detects potential and takes the necessary steps to maximize team development
18. Encourages and leads the education of the people in the team
19. Having a differential knowledge and perform a continuous updating of that knowledge
20. Advice and participation in pre-sales activities
21. Knows and anticipates to the market trends
22. Participates in the development of the application by following the standard methodology (STRADA PMO or any other defined by the company at the time)
23. Ensures proper implementation of the solution in different environments (Development, Test and Production)
24. Solves complex problems related to the application environment, using functional knowledge of the parameters in the system and the knowledge of legislation in the specific country
25. Is a functional reference to one or more areas relating to SAP HR
26. They have extensive Knowledge of legislation / SAP customizing for one / several countries
27. They are proactive and makes decisions without being forced by events
