Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and optimization of the Workday HR system.
- Coordinate with HR and IT teams to ensure system integration and functionality.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, from planning to execution and closure.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Provide ongoing support to system users.
- Conduct needs analysis and propose continuous improvements to HR processes.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in Workday and other HR systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or Engineering Specialization.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing HR systems projects.
- In-depth knowledge of Workday HR and experience in its implementation. Also knowledge in other HRIS systems will be considered.
- High level of English proficiency for communication with international business units in global projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to rapid changes.
- Experience in vendor management: communication, monitoring, and control.
- Participation in payroll projects and knowledge of People Analytics will be valued.
