Who we are looking for
- Technical education (BA degree as a minimum)
- Demonstrable history (at least 2 years) in XML-related technologies, experience with one of the OOP languages, and integrating data into Workday or other low-code cloud-based solutions (i.e., SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Salesforce, etc.)
- Very good knowledge of Internet technologies (web services), a good understanding of cloud computing concepts (SaaS), and associated integration challenges
- Experience in working with ticketing systems such as JIRA or ServiceNow
- Expertise in troubleshooting software problems, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tickets efficiently while maintaining a high level of responsiveness
- Ownership mindset – taking responsibility for assigned tickets from initial analysis to resolution
- Customer focus – ability to assess customer needs, build relationships, and manage expectations professionally
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues
- Excellent communication skills – ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users in a clear and friendly manner
- Experience in working with SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices for incident and problem management
- Ability to document solutions and contribute to knowledge bases to enhance support efficiency
- Eagerness to deepen consulting and communication skills, e.g., presenting, supporting/leading workshops, demonstrating and explaining solutions to customers
- Proven ability to work on multiple projects
- Team player flourishing while working in diverse and hybrid environments
- Excellent English knowledge in writing and speaking
Nice to have:
- Workday HCM/Financial Partner certification(s) or experience with other similar HCM/ERP systems (i.e., SuccessFactors, Salesforce, ServiceNow).
- Proficiency in other middleware/integration platforms.
- Experience in designing workflows to solve business and technical problems.
Your future role
- Participate in best-in-class international Workday implementation or Workday optimization projects in the capacity of an Integrations Specialist or Integrations Stream Lead.
- Bring value to our clients through advising, planning, and implementing Workday Integrations applications by documenting requirements, mapping processes, gathering system data, and converting data into the format required for integration with no supervision required.
- Communicate effectively with clients to convey project findings, updates, and recommendations.
