SAP Specialist - HCM - SuccessFactors
Key Responsibilities
- Provide deep functional and technical expertise in the respective process area, with solid understanding of key integration points across modules and technical components.
- Take full ownership of support tickets within your process area; collaborate with integration, development, and external support teams to ensure timely resolution within SLA limits.
- Maintain integrity of the global and regional templates designed by Solution Delivery teams while resolving incidents.
- Conduct thorough testing — including regression testing — before final user validation and release.
- Adhere to ADM IT processes and Service Management standards, ensuring accurate and up-to-date ticket documentation.
- Design and configure minor system enhancements, following ADM’s configuration and naming standards, and document functional design specifications.
- Support audit and compliance requests by providing accurate and timely technical inputs.
- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory, security, and ADM policy requirements.
- Partner with global process and system experts to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in business processes.
Job Requirements
- Experience in one or more SAP/SuccessFactors modules; experience with S/4HANA strongly preferred.
- Functional knowledge in HR processes such as Employee/Personnel Administration, Payroll, Organization Management, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and Learning Management; experience in HCM or SuccessFactors required.
- Experience with integration between SAP HCM/SuccessFactors and S/4HANA; integration with external payroll or learning systems is a strong plus.
- Understanding of SAP/SuccessFactors localizations supporting global HR deployments.
- Proven experience in a support analyst role within a medium or large organization.
- Experience providing 24x7 global support in multicultural, distributed teams.
- Previous experience leading a team of support analysts is highly preferred.
- Exposure to full lifecycle SAP implementations and agile methodologies is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with ability to convey complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment, managing changing priorities with flexibility and professionalism.
- Strong collaboration, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work occasional weekends, holidays, or different shifts as required to meet SLA commitments.
- Availability to travel occasionally (domestic and international).
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Spanish is desirable
