About The Role As a Functional HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday's product solutions. You will provide your implementation expertise to our clients while understanding how to best configure and test Workday solutions to meet their business requirements.

About You Basic Qualifications

1. 3+ years of functional experience with at least one of the following HCM solutions: HCM Core, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition and Benefits.
2. 3+ years consulting experience either as a consultant with a professional services company or as an internal consultant.
3. 3+ years implementing or working with Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate or similar applications.
4. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
5. English communication skills, written and verbal.
