SAP HCM Time Management Cluster Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for SAP Time AMS coordination within the assigned cluster.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of incidents, service requests, and change requests.
- Collaborate with global and local teams to align on priorities, escalations, and service delivery expectations.
- Monitor service performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams to ensure system stability and compliance with SLAs.
- Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities for SAP Time enhancements or rollouts.
- Facilitate regular status meetings and reporting with stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation related to processes, configurations, and support procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in SAP Time (PT) module support or coordination roles.
- Strong understanding of SAP HCM Time Management processes and integrations.
- Experience in AMS or IT service delivery environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a global or regional SAP support environment.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).
- Project coordination or project management experience.
