Who we are looking for

1. SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay Certified status;
2. 3-5 years of Admin experience with an HRIS system ;
3. Previous work experience in HR systems is an advantage, especially knowledge of SaaS/Cloud systems (e.g. SuccessFactors, Workday);
4. Educated to Graduate / Postgraduate level;
5. Motivation, Interest, Positivism, strong desire to achieve your goals;
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
7. Strong analytical mind, creative spirit;
8. Good organizing and client facing skills;
9. Fluent English language skills.

Your future role

1. Acting as Subject Matter Expert or Workstream Lead for an existing team implementing and deploying Compensation and Variable Pay processes and configuration;
2. Guiding PM and counterparts in decision making and strategy to successfully meet project goals and timelines;
3. Advising on data migration activities to adhere to overall project strategy from a functional perspective;
4. Work in a global team and be motivated to research and provide solutions within the team;
5. Both client and internal team steering on all module-related topics (including design and configuration workshops, project phase kickoffs, testing activities etc.).
