We are looking for our next SAP HCM Consultant:

1. Previous experience working in a similar role within SAP HCM projects;
2. Familiarity with industry-specific SAP HCM solutions (e.g., SAP for Public Sector, SAP for Healthcare);
3. Proficiency in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll (PY), and Personnel Development (PD);
4. Understanding of Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS);
5. Experience in configuring and customizing SAP HCM modules to meet specific business requirements;
6. Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules such as FI/CO (Financial Accounting and Controlling), MM (Materials Management), and SD (Sales and Distribution);
7. Proven track record of successful SAP HCM implementations and upgrades;
8. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and migration projects is highly desirable;
9. Proficiency in data migration techniques, including LSMW, BAPIs, and IDOCs;
10. Experience with data reconciliation, data validation, and ensuring data integrity;
11. Skills in designing and developing HR reports using SAP tools like SAP Query, Ad Hoc Query, and SAP BW/BI;
12. Ability to analyze HR data and provide actionable insights;
13. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business and technical issues.
14. Ability to design and implement effective and efficient solutions;
15. Experience in managing and delivering projects within scope, time, and budget constraints;
16. Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall);
17. Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and functional designs;
18. Experience in gathering and analyzing requirements, and creating comprehensive documentation;
19. Certifications: SAP Certified Application Associate - Human Capital Management with SAP ERP, SAP Certified Application Associate - SuccessFactors Employee Central.
20. Additional relevant SAP certifications.
