Location: Europe (100% remote)

Description:

We are seeking a Workday HCM consultant to support a Phase 1 implementation project of the HCM modules including onboarding and documents, reporting and integration.

Responsibilities:

Implementation of additional requirements in HCM and reporting for E2E Build
Configuration of HCM processes for different subsidiaries
Adaptation of user roles
Conduct smoke testing

Qualifications:

Strong hands-on experience in Workday HCM configuration
Experience in Workday reporting and integrations
Workday certified in HCM and Reporting
Fluent German required as configuration must be done in German
