Location: Warsaw (hybrid)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily support for Workday HCM, including troubleshooting issues, identifying process gaps, and recommending solutions to ensure efficient operations and data integrity.
- Maintain and enhance integrations between Workday and internal/external systems, such as benefits and payroll vendor integrations.
- Support HRIS projects, including Workday’s twice-yearly releases and future implementations, to ensure seamless adoption and alignment with business goals.
- Partner with HR and cross-functional teams on major HR initiatives, including new Workday functionality, system integrations, and M&A activities—managing requirements documentation, data gathering, and system loads.
- Act as a Workday “super user” and administrator, identifying best practices and driving system enhancements to improve the user experience.
- Collaborate with IT and external partners to ensure compliance with Solenis policies, deliver assigned tasks, and provide expert guidance when needed.
Experience
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5–8 years of HR systems experience.
- 3–5 years of hands-on Workday experience in an HRIS, HR Operations, or related capacity.
- Direct involvement in system-related projects, with a strong understanding of HR processes and practices.
- International and global experience is a plus.
Technical Skills & Knowledge
- Proficiency in Workday modules such as Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, US Payroll, Absence Management, Recruiting, and Learning (preferred but not required).
- Experience with Workday Integrations (Cloud Connect, PECI, PICOF, Studio, EIB) highly desired.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and familiarity with SQL and XSLT.
- Solid understanding of HR system design, data structures, and related business processes.
