Workday Absence & Time Tracking Senior Consultant

Your future role:

1. implement and configure Workday Absence and Time Tracking solutions for a global customer base. Design, configure, test, and deploy business requirements across multiple Workday HCM module(s) while remaining flexible to clients' changing needs,
2. conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements,
3. advise clients on best practices, recognize, and recommend process improvements, and implement system enhancements,
4. manage the project scope, quality, and timeline for area(s) of expertise. Provide guidance, instruction, direction, and coaching to team members. Review team members' work as necessary to ensure quality,
5. perform research on problems, identify the true cause, and present/implement corrective measures to the client,
6. act as a mentor and coach for less experienced team members,
7. gain an intermediate understanding of touchpoints, dependencies, and integration aspects across different Workday area(s).

Apply if you have:

1. 3+ years' experience leading and deploying Workday Absence and Time Tracking implementations, supporting Workday Post Production / AMS Services, or as a client of Workday,
2. deep knowledge of Workday Core HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Security and Reporting,
3. ability to lead medium to large projects for the full project lifecycle in areas(s) of expertise– from initial scoping/planning, discovery, design, testing, and go live,
4. ability to be effectively and actively engaged on multiple, parallel projects of all sizes in both supporting and leadership roles,
5. ability to prioritize and organize work to ensure overall timeliness and quality standards with no supervision,
6. excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues in a remote working environment,
7. willingness and ability to mentor and / or manage other consultants,
8. advanced Microsoft Excel skills required,
9. ability to meet travel requirements (<5% a year) is nice to have.
