What to expect as a consultant

1. Your core tasks will include the responsibility for the implementation and support of customer projects in the area of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including integration with third-party systems and the associated data migration from legacy systems
2. You will analyze the customer situation and implement customer-specific requirements with the SuccessFactors solution
3. You will be involved in all project phases - from the initial workshops to implementation and support after go-live
4. Conduction of customer workshops and user training
5. Supporting the pre-sales process with technical expertise and product demos of SAP Employee Central to demonstrate the potential for digital transformation in HR
6. Actively participate with our experts in the development of innovative implementation strategies and drive the optimization of SF systems to support our clients' digital HR strategy
7. Collaborate with other consulting teams to integrate SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central into existing system landscapes and create a centralized, digital HR platform

Requirements in SAP SUCCESSFACTORS

1. Completed university degree and several years of professional experience
2. Practical experience and successful current certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
3. Solution/process-oriented thinking and strong methodological skills
4. 2 verifiable implementations of Employee Central with customers
5. Communication and teamwork skills
6. Business fluent in written and spoken English

A Plus – not a Must

1. Successful current certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Management or other SuccessFactors modules
2. Knowledge of business and IT processes and their mapping in SAP SuccessFactors
3. Practical experience in personnel administration, organizational management and personnel time management in SAP HCM
4. Practical experience with SAP Activate, classic and agile project management, requirements management
5. Fluent in German language
6. People Analytics.
