What to expect as a consultant
- Your core tasks will include the responsibility for the implementation and support of customer projects in the area of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including integration with third-party systems and the associated data migration from legacy systems
- You will analyze the customer situation and implement customer-specific requirements with the SuccessFactors solution
- You will be involved in all project phases - from the initial workshops to implementation and support after go-live
- Conduction of customer workshops and user training
- Supporting the pre-sales process with technical expertise and product demos of SAP Employee Central to demonstrate the potential for digital transformation in HR
- Actively participate with our experts in the development of innovative implementation strategies and drive the optimization of SF systems to support our clients' digital HR strategy
- Collaborate with other consulting teams to integrate SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central into existing system landscapes and create a centralized, digital HR platform
Requirements in SAP SUCCESSFACTORS
- Completed university degree and several years of professional experience
- Practical experience and successful current certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Solution/process-oriented thinking and strong methodological skills
- 2 verifiable implementations of Employee Central with customers
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Business fluent in written and spoken English
A Plus – not a Must
- Successful current certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Management or other SuccessFactors modules
- Knowledge of business and IT processes and their mapping in SAP SuccessFactors
- Practical experience in personnel administration, organizational management and personnel time management in SAP HCM
- Practical experience with SAP Activate, classic and agile project management, requirements management
- Fluent in German language
- People Analytics.
