Details:

1. Role: SAP HCM Italy Payroll Consultant.
2. Location: Client team based in Madrid / Spain
3. Remote work (1 day trip for initial kick off and laptop setup)
4. Start: ASAP
5. Duration: 12 months + most probably extended.
6. Industry: Technology Products.

Scope of Work:

1. Capture the requirements, help the client to express needs, collect and analyze them.
2. Make necessary adjustments to SAP configurations based on changes in legislation or company policies.
3. Bring best practices from previous experiences, ensure that standard SAP processes are used.
4. Support the incident team with the resolution of complex issues.
5. Support the business for change management.

Skills:

1. At least 3-5 years of SAP HCM experience, with practice in different payroll implementations/maintenance countries.
2. Knowledge of Italian payroll – legal reports implementation (Uniemens, F24, CU, etc)
3. Expert in Organizational Management, Personal Administration modules.
4. Experienced in application maintenance, familiarized with SLA/KPI metrics.
5. Experienced in projects methodology (BBP, implementation, testing, documentation and go-live).
6. Fluent in English.
7. Soft skills: communication and user management, self-management and self-organized.
8. Nice to have:Experienced in Time Management.
9. Nice to have: ABAP knowledge debugging and error code fixing is a plus.
