Details:
- Role: SAP HCM Italy Payroll Consultant.
- Location: Client team based in Madrid / Spain
- Remote work (1 day trip for initial kick off and laptop setup)
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 12 months + most probably extended.
- Industry: Technology Products.
Scope of Work:
- Capture the requirements, help the client to express needs, collect and analyze them.
- Make necessary adjustments to SAP configurations based on changes in legislation or company policies.
- Bring best practices from previous experiences, ensure that standard SAP processes are used.
- Support the incident team with the resolution of complex issues.
- Support the business for change management.
Skills:
- At least 3-5 years of SAP HCM experience, with practice in different payroll implementations/maintenance countries.
- Knowledge of Italian payroll – legal reports implementation (Uniemens, F24, CU, etc)
- Expert in Organizational Management, Personal Administration modules.
- Experienced in application maintenance, familiarized with SLA/KPI metrics.
- Experienced in projects methodology (BBP, implementation, testing, documentation and go-live).
- Fluent in English.
- Soft skills: communication and user management, self-management and self-organized.
- Nice to have:Experienced in Time Management.
- Nice to have: ABAP knowledge debugging and error code fixing is a plus.
