Workday Finance Systems Manager (m/f/d)

Remote within Europe

Your Responsibilities:

Phase 1:

1. You will implement and configure the core modules of Workday Financials (for Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Sweden) in collaboration with our implementation partner
2. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Workday Financials into our existing systems
3. You will support end-users during the transition phase, providing guidance and assistance
4. As a subject matter expert, you will efficiently troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise

Phase 2:

1. You will lead the rollout of Workday Financials Core in additional specified countries in partnership with our implementation partner
2. You will ensure compliance with local regulations and best practices in each country
3. You will continuously optimize and enhance the functionality of Workday Financials

Beyond Phase 2:

1. You will independently drive the rollout of Workday Financials Core across any remaining countries, tailored to each country's local requirements
2. You will provide ongoing support for the system and its users in daily operations
3. Your focus will be on continuously improving the system to achieve best possible outcomes

Qualifications:

1. You hold a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field; an MBA or relevant certification is a plus
2. You have proven experience leading Workday Financials implementations across multiple countries
3. You possess in-depth knowledge of Workday Financials and its core modules
4. You have strong project management skills and a proven track record of successful deployments
5. You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. You are capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
7. Experience in the travel and tourism industry is an advantage
