Requisitos:

SAP HCM, experiencia mínima de 5 años en la configuración y mantenimiento de los módulos: PA (Administración de personal), OM (Gestión organizativa), PY (Nómina), TM (Gestión del tiempo).

Análisis de requerimientos.
Interacción con usuarios.
Participación en proyectos de implantación, mejora continua o rollouts.
Soporte post-implantación y formación a usuarios.

SAP SuccessFactors, experiencia mínima de 5 años en implantación y soporte de módulos como: Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning

Parametrización de la herramienta en entorno cloud.
Coordinación con el equipo técnico (middleware, integraciones).
Participación en ciclos de testing (UAT, SAT) y documentación funcional.
Gestión del cliente y de expectativas en proyectos cloud.
Certificación deseable en alguno de los módulos SuccessFactors.
