Your challenges
- Technical Problem Solving: Identify and resolve complex technical issues within SAP SuccessFactors to minimize disruptions to our HR operations.
- End User Support: Provide expert guidance and support to end users and other stakeholders in navigating related modules, ensuring they can effectively use the system.
- System Enhancements: Collaborate with our IT and HR teams to implement system upgrades, improvements, and configurations to optimize HR processes.
- Data Integrity and Compliance: Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance while managing complex HR data within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Process Optimization: Analyze and refine our HR processes, leveraging the capabilities of SAP SuccessFactors to promote process efficiency, accuracy, and user satisfaction.
This is what you bring
- SAP SuccessFactors Expertise: At least 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, with a strong focus on supporting the compensation module.
- Knowledge of Other Modules: Familiarity with other SuccessFactors modules is a plus.
- Data Maintenance: Proven ability to manage and work with complex HR data within SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring data integrity and compliance with laws and regulations.
- Analytical Problem-Solving Skills: Effectively analyze complex requirements, translate them into SAP SuccessFactors solutions, and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Clear Communication Skills: Ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and facilitate training sessions for end users.
- You should be available for at least 32 hours a week, preferably 36 or 40 hours.
