SAP SuccessFactors Consultant on a Permanent basis who can work Remotely.

Your Role & Responsibilities

1. Configure, customise, and optimise SAP SuccessFactors to align with business needs.
2. Analyse challenges, evaluate potential solutions, and provide expert recommendations.
3. Design and execute test scenarios to ensure system functionality and reliability.
4. Continuously monitor adherence to system blueprints and organisational standards.
5. Develop training materials and conduct sessions for end-users.
6. Collaborate closely with fellow SAP SuccessFactors consultants to ensure seamless integration and knowledge sharing.
7. Maintain active communication with key functional teams across the organisation to support system enhancements and updates.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Hands-on experience in at least one full SAP SuccessFactors implementation lifecycle or extensive support experience.
2. SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus.
3. Fluency in German (written and spoken) with strong English communication skills; German language skills are mandatory.
4. Expertise in at least one of the following SAP SuccessFactors EC and ONB.
5. Experience with integration topics is highly desirable.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
7. Proactive, accountable, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
8. A team-oriented approach with a commitment to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
