As a SAP SuccessFactors Lead, you have the skills to help clients and will be using your know-how, creativity and analytical powers to solve the most sophisticated business problems. You’re as comfortable leading projects as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP solutions; and you possess the communication and people skills to inspire teams.

Responsibilities

1. Build and deliver SAP SuccessFactors solutions that transform clients’ HCM systems.
2. Design, set-up and test SAP SuccessFactors solutions whilst ensuring seamless integration between SAP Modules.
3. Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads and client partners to create stand-out SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
4. Develop positive relationships with clients and gain the trust of key advisors.
5. Make the business case for the latest SAP technologies recommended to the client.
6. Pitch in on sales efforts when needed.
7. Continue to learn and develop your technical SAP and business expertise
8. Support with Request for Proposals (RFP’s)

Qualifications & experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in HR, IT or another associated field.
2. Strong demonstrated delivery ability in SAP SuccessFactors.
3. Minimum of 4 end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations, including hands-on design and configuration.
4. Deep understanding of Core HR & payroll modules.
5. Proven record of accomplishment of successful SAP project work.
6. SAP SuccessFactors certification.

Nice to have:

1. Knowledge of latest SAP innovations (ex. Joule).
2. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations with other SAP products (ex. Fieldglass).
