Workday Consultant to support the design, configuration, and optimization of the Workday HCM system, with a strong focus on Compensation and / or Learning modules.

What You’ll Do:

1. Lead and support the implementation and enhancement of Compensation and Learning processes in Workday
2. Configure and maintain compensation plans, merit cycles, bonus structures, and learning programs, courses, and content libraries
3. Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into effective system solutions
4. Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and ensure data integrity across relevant modules
5. Provide expert support, training, and documentation to HR teams and end-users

What We’re Looking For:

1. Proven experience as a Workday Consultant or HRIS Specialist, with a focus on Compensation and/or Learning
2. In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM architecture and configuration
3. Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
4. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience
5. Workday certification in Compensation and/or Learning is a strong plus
