As a Workday Absence and Time Tracking Lead: You'll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you'll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.

In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:

1. Advising clients on industry standards and leading practices in the Absence and Time Tracking modules, contributing to a functional solution that meets client needs and objectives
2. Applying Workday and Accenture methodologies in everything you do
3. Hosting workshops and leading discussions on topics in line with your expertise in Absence Management and Time Tracking
4. Independently leading your workstream and reporting workstream(s) progress
5. Liaising closely with client counterparts, external vendors, Accenture colleagues and Workday to achieve a robust solution
6. Actively supporting innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

1. Prior experience implementing Workday HCM / Absence/ Time or relevant on-premise or cloud-based platforms such as UKG, ADP Enterprise eTime, Infor, Cronos
2. Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a team(s) and client interactions
3. Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment, meet deadlines despite conflicting demands, analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements
5. Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Fluency in English
6. Excellent stakeholder management. You ensure all stakeholders are aligned and client requirements are met.

Set yourself apart:

1. Strong HR background and have experience working with the time tracking module of the Workday platform, either as a consultant or in a client role owning and driving the Workday agenda.
2. In addition to Workday Time Tracking and Absence also experience in other Workday modules
3. Up to date Workday Absence and Time Tracking certifications
4. 3-4 years professional Workday experience
5. Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese
