Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Managing the daily operations and strategic development of Workday HCM and FIN systems, ensuring high service and performance.
2. Identifying and addressing complex support issues while customizing Workday solutions to align with business needs.
3. Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to optimize Workday functionalities and aligning them with business objectives.
4. Leading and coordinating projects related to new Workday releases, system updates, and integration.
5. Ensuring compliance with internal and external data security and governance requirements.
6. Driving process efficiency through reporting, analytics, and automation within Workday.
7. Organizing and delivering training sessions for key users and end users to enhance system adoption and effectiveness.
8. Strengthening internal communication and visibility of Workday functionalities across the organization.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with strong leadership skills and deep expertise in Workday. You should bring:

1. A degree in business administration, human resource management, business informatics, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in Workday HCM and/or FIN, including system configuration, management and integrations.
3. Strong background in process design, project management, and business process optimization.
4. Strong knowledge of Workday security models, reporting tools and interfaces.
5. A proven track record of leading teams and managing projects.
6. Workday training and certifications are a plus.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a structured, hands-on approach.
8. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across all levels in an international environment.
9. Fluency in English.
