The role

As a Workday HCM Lead Consultant, we expect you to be:

1. Responsible for delivering allocated work in all stages of the Workday project lifecycle, from planning and design phases through deployment, testing, go live and post production support and/or delivering allocated AMS work
2. Developing your area of expertise in the Workday product suite, specializing and having a deepening skill set within a particular functional area
3. Develops working relationships with other members of project team and management as well as client
4. Ability to be effectively and actively engaged on multiple, parallel projects
5. Guide other consultants within project team
6. Share knowledge and information through regular communications and facilitation
7. Additional experience in internal work like contributing to and building internal methodology, coaching/mentoring of team members, prepare and deliver internal training etc. is a plus

Requirements

1. Excellent oral and written communications skills in English
2. Preferably fluent in German or another European language such as Spanish
3. Certified in Workday HCM
4. Preferably have experience implementing another Workday module such as Recruiting or Talent and certification in that module would be an advantage
5. Exposure to the maintenance and enhancement of HR Systems (post go-live)
6. Consultancy experience of HR processes and/or worked within an HR Services team is desirable
7. Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, a clear ability to ‘consult’ for and with your clients
8. Experience as 'Lead' with an implementation partner is preferred
